Padalarang Village Government Holds Village Meeting to Draft 2026 Village Budget
West Bandung — The Padalarang Village Government, Padalarang Sub-district, West Bandung Regency, held a Village Deliberation Meeting (Musyawarah Desa/Musdes) to formulate the Draft Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) for the 2026 Fiscal Year, on Saturday (January 17, 2026).
The meeting was attended by Padalarang Village Head Karom, security personnel, village officials, village community institutions, and representatives of local residents. The presence of various stakeholders reflected a shared commitment to developing a transparent and participatory village planning process.
Village Head Karom emphasized that the formulation of the APBDes must be based on the principles of transparency, accountability, and equitable development. According to him, every planned program must genuinely respond to the real needs of the community.
“This village meeting serves as a forum for residents to openly convey their aspirations. The village government is obliged to accommodate these inputs and align them with budget capacity and development priority scales,” he said.
Meanwhile, Padalarang Village Community Police Officer (Bhabinkamtibmas), Nanang, called on all elements of society to jointly maintain village stability and oversee the implementation of the APBDes so that it runs in an orderly, safe, and regulation-compliant manner.
A similar message was delivered by Padalarang Village Military Officer (Babinsa), Arif. He stressed the importance of synergy between the village government and the community in supporting village development, while also ensuring that all activities are carried out smoothly without security disturbances.
During the deliberation, participants actively conveyed various inputs and proposals related to development plans, community empowerment programs, and improvements in public services for the 2026 fiscal year.
In the technical presentation session, Padalarang Village Financial Affairs Officer (Kaur Keuangan), Ade Durachman, provided a detailed explanation of the 2026 draft APBDes, covering village revenue sources, expenditure allocations, and planned priority programs.
He stated that the budgeting process had been conducted in accordance with prevailing regulations and was the result of a collective agreement achieved through the village deliberation mechanism.
The Musdes for the drafting of the 2026 APBDes proceeded in an orderly and democratic manner. The Padalarang Village Government hopes that the outcomes of this meeting will serve as a strong foundation for realizing transparent, participatory, and sustainable village development.
