MI Al-Ishlah Bojongsoang Students Set to Shine in MTs Cijawura Open House Futsal Tournament
BANDUNG – A spirit of sportsmanship is fueling the students of MI Al-Ishlah Bojongsoang as they prepare to take the field for the prestigious AKSI Open House 2026-2027, held at MTs Cijawura, Bandung City. This Greater Bandung-scale futsal competition is scheduled to run from January 31 to February 1, 2026. Carrying the theme “Exploring Potential, Carving Achievements Towards Character-Driven Generations,” the event serves as a primary stage for young athletes at the elementary and madrasah levels to hone their talent, courage, and self-confidence in an official tournament attended by various leading schools.
The participation of MI Al-Ishlah Bojongsoang in the “Futsal Battle” is a clear manifestation of the school’s commitment to supporting students’ non-academic interests and talents. The Head of MI Al-Ishlah Bojongsoang, Sofhia Puspa Mawarni, S.Pd.I, expressed her direct support for the competing students. “We are very proud and fully support the children’s participation in this tournament as a means to train a winning mentality, teamwork, and to instill the values of sportsmanship from an early age so they grow into resilient and character-driven individuals,” said Sofhia.
The event, centered at MTs Cijawura in Bandung City, features not only futsal but also various other creative competitions such as Quiz Bowls (Cerdas Cermat) and Rebana performances, all open for free to elementary students. The presence of the delegation from Bojongsoang is expected to add a unique competitive edge to the cross-regional rivalry within Greater Bandung.
