Pesantren Persis 34 Cibegol Holds Send-Off Ceremony for 28th PLKJ Participants
BANDUNG — Pesantren Persis 34 Cibegol, located in Kutawaringin, Bandung Regency, held a send-off and muwadda’ah ceremony for participants of the 28th Jamaah Leadership Training Program (PLKJ) on Thursday (January 15, 2026).
The event marked the beginning of the 28th PLKJ program, which is scheduled to take place from January 20 to February 3, 2026. According to the official agenda, the training will be centered in the area of the Regional Leadership (PD) of Persatuan Islam (Persis) Tasikmalaya Regency.
Within the organizational structure of Persatuan Islam (Persis), PD Persis Tasikmalaya Regency oversees several Branch Leaderships (PC), including PC Kadipaten, PC Ciawi, PC Jamanis, PC Rajapolah, and PC Sukaresik. These areas form part of the locations and scope of the 28th PLKJ implementation.
The send-off ceremony was conducted in a solemn and family-oriented atmosphere. Participants attended the event in an orderly manner, accompanied by mentors and pesantren administrators. The muwadda’ah ceremony served as a form of prayer and blessing, hoping that the entire training process would proceed smoothly.
The PLKJ program is part of Persis’ cadre development agenda, aimed at shaping members with strong leadership capacity, discipline, and organizational understanding. The program is also expected to instill Islamic values, solidarity, and social responsibility among participants.
